DSF aims to set a new standard in quality, design and environmental measures for affordable housing in London.

Our target customers are people who need to live close to work, who either live or work in Westminster, and who want well designed homes at an affordable price.

We aim to deliver 1,000 new affordable rental homes by 2020.

DSF also continues to invest in the local community through our Grants Programme, supporting projects which dovetail into our aims and objectives.
