Positioned in the Maida Hill area of Westminster, DSF’s Lanhill Road development will provide 18 well-designed units, all of which have been designed in accordance with HCA Design and Quality Standards. 14 of these units will be made available to the affordable intermediate market and the four additional properties will be released to the private market.

Created by Ryder Architecture, the scheme has been drawn up to high design standards and will not only provide a highly desirable place to live, but an affordable one as well. The development is situated within predominantly residential surroundings and will provide a mix of housing sizes to address the housing demand in the area, including studios, one, two and three bedroom units.

Work on the development is planned to begin in 2013 and once completed, is set to achieve a Level Four Code for Sustainability Homes as set out by Communities and Local Government (CLG), providing above-average standards of energy efficiency and sustainability for each of the new homes.
