Brian Ham
With a strong background in planning, Brian’s career has spanned the private and public sectors. He was formerly a Director of Newcastle City Council, a Director at the North East Regional Development Agency, and then a Director at Metnor Property Group in the North East, specialising in the development of student accommodation and care homes.

Steve Logie
Steve previously held senior positions in both the public and the private sectors with experience in housing and facilities management. Before joining DSF, Steve helped create and implement the Government’s Key Worker Living Programme.

Nick Porzig
With a background in architecture, Nick has gained experience of development management in London through working with Westfield Shoppingtowns Ltd and Candy & Candy.

Marion Shaw
A Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants, Marion has worked in practice, commerce and the charitable sector before coming to DSF.

Kelly Osborn
Kelly organises and supervises all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.

Liliana Shanbhag
Liliana is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having trained in the Planning and Development pathway. Previously, she studied Architecture and an MPhil in Real Estate Finance at Cambridge University.

Philip Nicolas
A Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Before joining DSF, Philip gained experience and technical skills while working on new build and refurbishment projects in the Community and Housing sectors.

Olivia Harris
Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant Olivia has worked for more than 10 years in the real estate industry, providing finance and accounting support on numerous property related transactions, including developments and tenanted properties.
