Prototype Flat

DSF has designed and built a 1 bed ‘mock-up’ to help develop our fitout specification and to test concepts such as a lobby-less floor plan.

The mock-up is 42sqm in area and complies with Life Times Homes space standards. Other key aspects of the design include purpose built storage units in the living area, a panelised cladding system in the bathroom to aid access to services, LED down lights, and a purpose built drying cupboard including a washing machine. The flooring is a high quality laminate with a 20 year guarantee.
