Our developments range from studio apartments to three-bedroom homes. The rents are set at 60-80% of the market value, and we aim to provide homes that will cost our customers no more than 40% of their disposable income on rent.

All DSF homes are developed through listening to our customers, designed to a high specification and the highest environmental standards possible.
