• Listening to our customers – we make sure that our developments respond to the diverse and changing needs of local communities and make our investments where they really matter.
• Working with partners – we take a collaborative approach to our work and are always looking for new opportunities in the private sector, with Westminster City Council, or with other local authorities and charitable organisations.
• Focussing on delivery – DSF investments are properly targeted and made at the right time to deliver the best results in the long term, for us, our partners and our customers.
