Dolphin Square Foundation Launches

Dolphin Square Foundation is a new charity which was established last year following the sale of the leasehold interests in Dolphin Square. The Foundation is entrusted with using its substantial assets in excess of £80 million in an innovative manner to help deliver affordable and key worker housing in Westminster and the London area. The Foundation will work with organisations active on the ground to deliver housing solutions.

At our launch event we hope to have the opportunity of meeting significant and influential individuals from the housing industry, the voluntary sector, the media, the finance industry and other relevant organisations in London. We will outline our plans and objectives for the years ahead, and with this in mind, we will be using the event to formally announce two exciting competitions: a competition for a small grants programme; and one for preferred partner status for Development Partners.

We are also delighted that Lord Richard Best, who chaired the Westminster Housing Commission, has agreed to be our guest speaker.
