Setareh is Head of Development at Westminster City Council, and has over 20 years of public/private sector experience. She is currently responsible for delivering 4,000 homes and associated community infrastructure for Westminster Council. Setareh also volunteers to support university research groups in the built environment field. She officially mentors members of staff through coaching programmes and advocates for Diversity and Inclusion. Setareh also represents Westminster as a member of a number of industry expert panels.

Darren serves as the Executive Director of Development at the London Legacy Development Corporation, overseeing the development programmes at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This project is one of the most significant urban regeneration initiatives in the UK and Europe. Darren's portfolio includes major development, joint ventures, and regeneration projects aimed at creating vibrant new neighbourhoods with a blend of residential, commercial, and social infrastructure, totalling a gross development value of £3.3 billion.

Foong-Yee has over 20 years experience with Lendlease, as a commercial and finance director in London urban regeneration. Through delivery of large residential and mixed use schemes, she is accustomed to the financial and risk issues in the property sector. Foong-Yee has moved to the charity sector where she is now Director of Finance at Mencap, the UK’s leading charity for people with a learning disability.

Jess is Development Director at Lendlease, leading on Silvertown, a £5.2bn project in the Royal Docks (on behalf of The Silvertown Partnership). A site which has sat vacant for over 40 years but is currently being transformed into a new iconic east London neighbourhood providing a new town centre for local communities, a new water-based leisure destination for London and up to 6,500 homes.

Matthew has over 17 years experience within the property industry. Prior to joining Dolphin Living Matthew worked for Pocket Living where he was responsible for the planning and delivery of the developer's unique discount market sale schemes, and their first major Built to Rent project. Matthew previously worked for Build to Rent developer and operator Essential Living and, prior to this, at CBRE in their Project Management team.

Janice is a well established housing professional who has worked in the housing sector in a variety of settings including senior roles spanning four different Local Authorities in London and Essex. She has a wide range of experience across a variety of operational and strategic areas including asset management, housing development and policies. In Thurrock and Southend, Janice worked with colleagues in social care and health and commissioned services for adults with disabilities and older people. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and Chartered Management Institute.

Katherine is Director of Build to Rent at John Lewis Partnership. With an 18-year career in real estate, Katherine has been at John Lewis Partnership for over 10 years and in her current role she spearheads a sub-division committed to investing in complex, mixed-use developments, with a focus on social and environmental objectives. Her previous role as Head of Real Estate, Planning, Policy & Commercial involved overseeing all aspects of the Partnership's £2 billion estate. Katherine also serves as a board member of the New West End Company, chairing their Sustainability Committee.
