Anna was previously Managing Partner of Argent LLP. She spent 12 years at Argent on a range of asset, development and business planning projects. Highlights included leading the Asset Management of King’s Cross, developing Coal Drop Yards and setting up a BTR portfolio with JV partners Related.

Sarah started her career as an external auditor with BDO Stoy Hayward. Specialising in social housing she moved to KPMG. Sarah moved to London & Quandrant Group and then AmicusHorizon (now Southern Housing following merger) in 2009. Sarah is a member of the National Housing Federation's Finance & Policy Advisory Group and sits on the ICAEW social housing sub-committee. She has previously chaired the G15 Finance Directors' Group and was Vice Chair of the NHF's SORP Working Party. She was appointed to the Sustainability for Housing Board in 2021.

Sarah was Development Director at the Royal Academy of Engineering until 2016, having previously spent nearly 20 years as an investment banker. She was a director at HSBC Investment Bank. Sarah now focuses on charities and governance, and currently her other board roles are the Jurassic Coast Trust, which is responsible for managing the World Heritage Site, and Carefreebreaks, a social tech start-up. She was recently appointed to the board of the Vehicle Certification Agency, part of the Department for Transport. Sarah lives in Westminster.
